Configuring nethasp.ini to look for the NetHASP server at a specific address will drastically reduce this delay. The network administrator must be able to recover from a network crash in a reasonable amount of time, since network licensing depends on a stable network. A full-time network administrator must be available. It is not necessarily the network server. That station will be referred to as the NetHASP server.
